1★Despite the fact that most of the recent (as of December 18, 2024) reviews say the app sucks and they can't login, I decided to give it a go. Filed out all the required info. Created a password that checked all the requirements. Clicked the links for the privacy policy and "Terms and Conditions" (links didn't go anywhere) the sign up button stayed grey and did not work.

2★You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU OPEN THE APP!! "I'd like some chicken strips. But first, let's sign in and do a 2-step authentification. Does not offer drive-thru pick-up, which is THE ONLY OPTION to pick up your order late night! Staff had me go around for curbside and wait 10 minutes for them to bring it out. At which point I thought: should I just have ordered at the drive-thru and saved time? If so, why have an app? Caniac club rewards seems arbitrary if you can't track progress.

1★I've been a loyal customer for 18+ years...disappointed that Canes doesn't offer/have a better rewards policy for its customer base. For as much as I've purchased to date...I don't get any points or true recognition for my loyalty. Deleting the app because it's really worthless - other than the ability to order/purchase more of their food. I can do that without the app.

1★this apps geo-location sucks! I was sitting in a parking lot of a restaurant, selected the closest location, entered my order, went in 10 mins later to pick up. Order went to a location 45 minutes away. Wasnt a way to cancel on the app but store mgmt was very nice and took care of the mistake on their end. Also need to incorporate ways to import saved payment methods from the phone.

1★Worst app in all of fast food. Doesn't allow for account updating in case you get a new phone number. I now have 3 canes accounts for 3 different email addresses. The geo-track feature does not work so your food has been sitting on a shelf for God knows how long by the time you get there. And it doesn't accept Google pay?? Garbage.
