Redfin: Buy, Sell & Rent Homes

This app is nothing but scammers. You request info on places to rent, and you get bombarded with emails claiming to be the rental management, but they're from CA or some other place across the country, worse they send you links to buy your credit score and to apply, but you've no idea who the link is sending you to, or if it's safe. It's certainly NOT the property's office website. Scams! Don't click the links!

Edit: It would be nice if the app had an analytics tab. Just to show basic stuff on my local market. # of new units, # of units sold/delisted, price fluctuations and the 6 month trend for all of these. Old: You have to get rid of the stupid "Request Showing" button in the gallery view. It takes too much space and forces the images to be smaller than they have to be. Especially in landscape mode.

For the recently viewed tab at the bottom, there are a few ways to sort, but one option is missed. The option to sort by, ahem, most recently viewed! I'd also like to see, since there is a mortgage calculator to customize, make a mortgage price filter along with the regular price filter. That'd be nice. Other that, I like it. I'm not super focused on buying now, but I like to look. Can also daydream by looking at the crazy expensive houses and seeing what they actually look like inside.

Exact location shouldn't be necessary for searches! I'm trying to search for 100+ acres of land, and I'm looking in-state, and surrounding states. The app won't let me do a search without me turning on GPS. It keeps resetting my search if I select the "ignore" option when prompted to turn on GPS, and it won't let me remove the boundary if I do enable GPS. Super annoying!

Was very happy with the app for a long time. But something has broken over the last month+. I rely heavily on saved searches. And the app had been fine. But the last several weeks, saved searches do not work right. When I first open the app and run a saved search, it was fine. But if I try to refresh the data, it loses the borders of my saved search and it won't rerun the saves search. I have to exit the app entirely and try again. Then today, even that doesn't work.
