Never stops sending texts and emails no matter how many times you unsub and change preferences to turn everything off. You look at any listing and you'll get a dozen messages a day about any place posted even if it doesn't match anything you searched nearby or price. You can't send in a question without 10 repeat messages asking for payment to send an application to live somewhere and you never get a response from a real person. I'll stick with Zillow. This is just annoying as hell to use.

It is extremely limited and user unfriendly. The map search gets automatically erased constantly. There is absolutely no method to actually filter results. Yes, I do see the filter symbol sometimes, but the majority of the time it is invisible and thus useless. A suggestion is for the "engineers" to spend some time from the perspective of an app user. One cannot even change a password. That's basic stuff that most apps had figured out in 2008. You cannot even send feedback or report a rental.

It's ok. Easy to browse through different listings, there's many different options and preferences to choose from. However, their log in features are buggy. I had to reset my password, so they sent a link to my email. The link automatically opened via the app; however, it kept directing me to their Sign Up, not Password Reset. I opened up my search engine with the link provided and reset my password. After doing so, now it's not letting me log in because of an 'authentication' issue.

This app is pretty good. They have sent me rental places that I never thought of but at the same time have sent me rentals in towns I and prices that are not compatible with what I asked and definitely can not afford or that town/rental has breed restrictions but all and all this app offers more places than the others and for that I THANK YOU for your hard work and service

No one seems to respond to inquiries made though the site's algorithm. The unit listed from one landlord, still shown here as available today, is not available. I had to travel on MTA for two hours to find out since calls and inquiries were not responded to. Very frustrating.
