AI Chatbot - Nova

Awful app! And customer service as well. I have the one year subscription and this app started to fail shortly after I subscribed. I contacted customer service notifying of the issues and asking for a cancellation and refund, but they never got back to me. I pretty much gifted my hard earned money for the whole year. without using the app whatsoever. It had many glitches: It did not recognize my yearly membership, not searching, not working...

Like other users, should have read reviews before purchasing pro, I am now stuck on a screen with "customizing your experience" text amd no way to exit the screen or move beyond it. No help options from there. I got to use app one time before it broke. Additionally, the image generator keeps going down in quality. It no longer gives good results, ignores most of the prompt, and gives terrible results. Don't waste your money here. Customer service is not responsive.

SCAM! I used it for one minute, immediately is black and white, like no colors at all, except for logos which is a slap to the face when it's late at night. THEN! when you think it ends there, NO! IT GETS WORSE! they practically force you to pay, most of the apps say you have a 0 daily limit for messages and then opes a "upgrade" prompt, and when I asked for a simple image of a castle logo in a futuristic design it couldn't even generate it! NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS FOR YOUR OWN MONEYS SAKE!!!!!!!!!!

Always evolving! Been using the app for just over a year. Works well overall. Occasionally, something changes, which can be frustrating and confusing, but once things get smoothed out, it's back quickly with improvements. My only complaint is that the image generator used to create wonderful images, but now it fails to interpret my prompts accurately. There's a limit on tries, so I often can't get the image I desire before reaching the limit. Otherwise, great product!

Lately the app keeps getting worse. Just like everything else, they have restricted it's functions. Every time I use it, it does less and less. *****UPDATE******* upon having further issues with this app it appears that their customer service responds with a generic message every time. I constantly get an error message that it cannot help me or it does not understand. the task is very simple and all I'm asking the AI to do is to fix the grammar in an email to be sent. Keeps getting worse.
