2★just about the app not its products. not very interactive friendly. had to re-download and delete the old app for some reason instead of updating - and the old app was no longer in the app store but still on my phone. can't click on any product in the cart to show the product info, you have to go and search it up and remember the name. search doesn't work under some segments in the app. can't click and or zoom in anywhere if you needed to. and there is no wishlist.

1★UPDATE: App is no longer glitchy, it's just trash. Recently I can't even access my account through the app. Their new security feature requires you to enter your email and then you get a login code. Well, I don't ever receive the login code so I end up just having to login through my browser. So much work and such a waste of time. I've been a member for 10yrs & my experience keeps getting worse, not to mention their site is just so bloated now. It's a visual headache.

1★Worst company ever! Do not download, do not purchase anything from them. Once you're subscribed it is extremely hard to cancel. Even after I canceled 3 months later they decided to just start sending me subscriptions again. I cannot edit my credit card information and remove it. So now I had to contact my bank to cancel the card. This company is the worst!

1★I tried the promo deal and had to sign up for the subscription, which I then tried to pause, because they made it too complicated to cancel myself. It didn't get paused and I got charged for the month, so I reached out to customer service who sent me a useless link. Now I'm just trying to delete my whole account and it won't even do that. I'm now having to get a new card, since they make it so hard to cancel. Bad communication, lazy customer support, and honestly overpriced and not worth it.

1★Not worth it, the scents don't last, their ads are gimmicky and invasive once they get your info. It's impossible to cancel, unless you jump through 50 hoops, and the customer service is useless, they're constantly lying. Overall, really shady business use at your own risk. Their response is just lies, customer service couldn't even cancel my subscription, I got charged for a month I didn't want after they assured me it was cancelled, so I had to deactivate that card. Such a hassle.
