Customer support was quick and very helpful. there's certainly a learning curve here. I clicked on the number i wanted to go to next and hit play but apparently that's not how you get it to go and start you on your way. My husband figured it out so i still don't know. I liked that there were 3 starting points depending on where you stayed on the island. I appreciated the warnings regarding narrow roads, they were no joke.

Very overrated app. We purchased the Hawaii big Island bundle. Waste of money. The app didn't recognize our location, it would just start from the beginning of the tour and not from where we actually were. Plus they just keep repeating the warning about not exceeding the speed limit. I understand after the first time, no need to repeat it every five minutes. It also doesn't cover some of the major roads. Thirty something dollars that went down the drain. Google doesn't want to refund us.

Unfortunately this app did not work as advertised. I'm very disappointed to say that after the first stop on my journey, the app kept telling me that my tour was complete. There were supposed to be 10 to 15 stops. Nothing I did would override this. I might not be the most techy person, but I'm not completely without skills either. This was advertised as being seamless and automatic, I found neither to be true. So much for the tour guide in my pocket! So sad 😭.

This was great! The best audio tour to take at your own pace! Once you get on the preset route and going the speed limit or slower you always had time to make the necessary turns. It was not great at getting you to the starting point or assisting with getting back on track if a turn is missed. It would be SUPER great if it could get Maps to provide navigation. Besides this, it was a great way to see the sights hear fun stories about the island!

When it worked, it was helpful. But it would just stop mid direction and not come back on. I had to turn around twice on the first trip because I missed the destinations. On the return trip, there was no audio. I could see on the screen what was supposed to be playing, but nothing played. So I missed an additional stop. When I tried to fix it, the app would just crash. Not worth paying for this frustration.
