Mary Brown’s Chicken

This app was pretty good to me for ordering, but lately when I order it is unable to fill the order and refunds me immediately. This has happened twice out of three times I have ordered and both were being ordered from the same location. Another thing I noticed is that I can set a pick up location from any store I want, but can't do that for delivery. Why is that? Why can I not choose a store to order from for delivery? Instead it just orders from the store that has failed to put orders in?

It's annoying that you can't just open the app and scan your loyalty points when buying in-person. It forces you every time to select a location for delivery or pick up. Also it's not easy to find the section of your accumulated points and next rewards to redeem.

food was good, but what's the point in ordering on the app for a specific time, then having it take 15 minutes longer? Better off just going inside.

the laggiest and most unreliable food app I have ever experienced, also signs you out every month it seems. how did you manage to get the entire build to run at 5 fps? I would love to know

This place is fantastic and my particular location is the best, they treat people like real people and not just customers. Also the people who work there are absolutely awesome at what they do.
