Volume Control Launcher

I don't like this app's aggressive take over of my phone's configuration, going above and beyond simple volume boosting. Also, in order to increase the volume above my phone's normal max, at 100%, to use the app at all, it demands permission to send alerts/notifications as to when the volume changes. This does not make sense! Why would I need the app to tell me I adjusted the volume at all??? I don't like this conditional put in place in order to use the app! This sends a flag for me.

Immediately uninstalled. This app changed around my entire home screen, then I started getting the "Close App or Wait" prompt. My phone started active very weird, making a humming sound and getting oddly hot as if it's working on overdrive. Definitely not the experience I needed from what was supposed to be a simple sound boosting app installation. I've seen their support in other reviews respond saying the takeover is necessary, but that should never be the case. Download with caution!

Warning. This application is a launcher that filters your entire phone through it. This means it can embed ads anywhere, track everything you do, and the permissions it needs and what it sees are completely over the top. There's a reason you see the advertisements for this "free" app. It's changing the launcher your phone uses to infest it with ads, and sell your data to the lowest bidder. Look at the permissions it has. All your logs, data, and phone usage are tracked and monitored.

I just now installed this stinking app. It immediately took liberty of rearranging all my apps on my desktops. I had 2 desktops set up to choose from "work " or "personal " apps. This app shoved them all in together & now my groups of apps on my desktop is all spread out individually & randomly put across the desktop. My icons for websites are now completely gone. What a screwed-up mess! I set my "Restaurants " icons group back up and now when I try use icons from 2nd page it closes out on me

This is the best volume boost app I've ever seen, but the cost is too great. My home screen was hijacked! Everything was set according to my needs and it may have been chaotic. I had to redesign my home screen to put my most used apps where I can avoid digging for them. You've shown me how easy it is to lose control of everything. The app for what it's meant to do is phenomenal and I'm still learning, as it seems to have cleaned up a lot beyond simple volume. It's a little scary...
