4★Took a while for me to successfully create/log into my account because of a letter missing from my name. Once I finally figured out how to connect with support, they got it fixed and I was able to use the app. It is very simple to shop available products and it shows the balance and remainder as you shop which is very helpful. I just wish it offered more products (arch support, lymphatic massage/dry brushing, red light therapy, and maybe some tinted or light filtering glasses.)

4★I liked the app better before the update. It was easier to search items before. I would prefer to be able to use my rewards at other stores, like Walmart, online as well. Shopping in store for me is difficult due to breathing issues. Please make the cards usable online other than the app. The prices on the app are higher than in store and I need to stretch every dollar.

5★It's so incredibly easy to shop with your benefits on the app. The different categories are all listed with colorful photos. You can either scroll through each one. Or you can use the magnifying 🔍 glass to look up whatever item you're looking for. That might make it easier for some people. When you do choose an item to put into your shopping 🛒. It automatically deducts it from your benefits balance. Which is fantastic because it helps keep track of your spending. Happy Shopping!! 🛍️

3★Very disorganized, categories have items all mixed together. I went $4 over the limit, put my credit card number in to cover the balance and it wouldn't process the order. Called the help number and was told to go back in and take something off the order so I would be at or under my limit due to a problem with the website. I did that then the order went through. First time using this and very discouraged.

1★It kept saying error,and had to go back to the beginning of the app start over,then one time I ordered a n item it said error so I got back to the beginning only this time it says shopping online unavailable,it took me 45 mins to try and shop,I finally just gave up,I managed to purchase 3 overly priced items and let me say,this app is wack! Unstable,unusable at times,this was the first time I've used the app,maybe my last!
