1★I get on the app and have almost 40k points. Then I enable my location and they disappear. I update the app and they're still gone. All these years of using only speedway and now they're doing things to take points away. Gas is too high to take away people's points! I was going to the app to make sure fuel cards were reloadable from the app so I could go get my nephew one and have a way to help him when he was back at college. Definitely not buying that card now. Loyalty is useless nowadays.

1★The app used to work great until recent updates. Now it seems to crash when opening and I have to close and reopen to get it to work. The map to find fuel prices is worthless now. It constantly recenters on my location and I can't get anything more than a couple miles from me. When traveling long distance, it is nice to know where I can stop along the route and get the cheapest gas, but impossible to do that with the latest update!

5★I've been filling up our company vehicle at Speedway for about 5 years. service went downhill during covid and credit card readers on pumps often failed to work. owever since I started using a tap credit card, the pumps have been working almost flawlessly. The price lock feature is incredible! it's nice to be able to lock in the current low price for 4 days until your next fill up. I pass a Costco on the way into work, and I always check apps to see whether Costco or Speedway is a better deal.

All those times I tried to save money and couldn't was pretty aggravating. Today I tried to use it and parked at the pump and tried to pay thru my app and you literally have to get out of your car and walk to the front door of the building. That's defeating the purpose of paying theu the app if you ask me.
