1★Add a choice verification when using the cash out function. Lost money because of a mistake, was expecting a chance to undo it but it didn't exist. just wanted to edit this now that it has been years later. if I could avoid this app I would but many people are still choosing this one for some reason. The issue I complained about is still an existing one. All I wanted is a confirmation window when you press the transfer option for if you choose standard (several day wait time) or instant (fee).

1★The app has been so glitchy for the past few days. I have two different accounts...one for business and one for personal. When I'm in my personal account and attempt to sign out, I tap/push the "sign out" option and nothing happens. I have to uninstall/reinstall every time and that is both annoying and not efficient. I also have been having issues signing in from different accounts...when I tap the username, it just spins forever and never actually brings me to the next menu. Very glitchy.

5★I just think it should be easier to reach a human being on the cash app support line. Other then that this is an awesome way to be able to recieve or send money with friends and family. It is also a great way to receive your paycheck. It comes with benefits like % off stores, restraunts, and online shopping, they also have free overdraft fees, loans and more!! 1★I've been with Cash App for a few years. Using it without any problems. I woke up to an email stating my account has been blocked after review and consideration, your Cash App Investing account has been found to be in violation of our Customer Account Agreement. As a result, we will prepare your account for closure on February 5, 2026, unless you successfully appeal this decision. I don't know what happened. I couldn't find the reason for it. I'm working on appealing. I'm very disappointed.

1★customer service is generic robotic answers, and that is even after you get past the Bots. thought it was a great service, but more and more issues with mobile deposits. get sent emails telling me my deposit will be available within a day, check the app later and it is pending for 4 or 5 days. why wouldn't I drive to the bank rather than wait four or five days? customer service just runs you in circles.
