18Birdies Golf GPS Rangefinder

The GPS works great but there is way too much going on. The "feed", the pop ups wanting me to buy things, the scorecard popping up for the first two holes, choose your tees. it's all too much. I get it, trying to be more than just GPS but I know I'm not alone in just wanting GPS. Please, please, please, give us the ability to turn off the extras. Give us an option to just have simple, quick, easy GPS.

The latest update does not work. they added smart tracking, which replaced the old tracking. There is an option to use classic, but the functionality is gone. I used it during my latest round, which was cart path only. the app added a shot everytime I stopped and everytime I went out into the fairway. Every time I looked for another players ball, another shot. they destroyed a very useful app. please change it back. AI isn't the answer to everything.

Great app. Love the club selector. Distances are pretty accurate. Would make a couple changes. You cant set the current pin location on the greens, and the method to add each shot isnt very user friendly. Pretty confusing on when to input shot, and tie together each shot. Aside from that super useful app, would recommend highly ! I just don't use all of the tools.

Great app. I use the free version because I only use the basic information. I would gladly pay a single flat app fee $10-$20 for the free version because of how good it is. Something I'd like is being able to drop a tracking spot in the distance, so I can see three distances instead of just two. Edit: This app DOES have a shot by shot view but you and your friends have to track every shot (Duh!). It may take an moment and require a little humility, cause lord know I don't hit straight.

I love this app! I need to dig into the training a bit more, but just being able to track certain things during a round is awesome! Greens in regulation, number of putts, penalty strokes, great shots, etc. are all metrics that can be tracked by the user. I also enjoy being able to easily add other 18 Birdies users to my round if I'm playing with another user. Plus, i can see the scores of people i have found/friend-ed in the app even if I'm not playing.
