Quick to buy tickets and prices can seem good. Fine when you find what you want and everything goes well. But the recommendation algorithm is arbitrary. The timing of when you'll actually receive the tickets is arbitrary -- could be hours, days, weeks, or never. And support, if you manage to reach it, is arbitrary. Stick with a more trustworthy marketplace.

Purchasing tickets are, of course, easy, but trying to sell them is ridiculous. You gotta go through so many hoops and different websites, and it was too freaking much. I just wanted to hit a button as easily as I did to purchase it. Also, be careful about your card information. I'm not really sure why, but stubhub has tried twice now to make an unauthorized purchase of 80 bucks off my card in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. I won't be using this app again.

Quite unhappy with the up selling of parking tickets while in the checkout and payment process. I understand all sales are final. Suggestion: may be have a final review screen or pop up as I did not even get to back out of the screen before it ordered the additional parking tickets that I didn't want. I used the app for a few years now. it has gotten more pushy lately. It really is a matter of time before this company gets you with a charge that you do not fully want.

After tapping on the app icon, it takes a full minute (sometimes longer) for the splash screen to load and the Home page to finish loading. There's no reason it should be taking this long to load some very basic assets and text. Clearing cache and storage did not resolve it either. It's been this way for a while but seems to be getting even worse.

Do not use this app. Stubhub hides your tickets if they don't consider them recommended. Why would I pay them to not show my tickets to buyers? If anything goes wrong, they charge you a high amount that has no basis. It is almost like it is made up. No information is provided other than pay this amount. They removed the notifications when you have activity. Communication only occurs though email,so be sure you don't miss an email. Very disappointing. Poor process. Poor service.
