Invoice Maker Tofu & Receipts

I've made a subscription and then I canceled it before the free trial ends. But still they suddenly deducted my gcash balance,and take note 899 which is 110 in apps purchased. The worst thing, when I emailed the support, they don't response clearly, instead sending you an email with an option to cancel your account which is I've done already, or to delete your account. Until today I haven't received not even a single reply from the developer! I swear to share this in all social media platforms!

easy and simple to use

Terrible experience with your app I left it. It then charged my card twice for a service I wasn't using. I want to get a refund please eeee, as it showed I was inactive on the app. proceeded to give me giving me a refund. Honestly, if I could report this app, I would, and this is the first time I've ever written a Play Store comment. I never said I deleted the app. I said I didn't use your services, but you still charged me. Then the runaround.

I've been trying to cancel thos service and I can't! It's not showing up in my Google subscriptions and both Tofu and Google keep pointing at each other meanwhile I'm being charged!
