3★App seems barely functional at best. Messages don't work, they crash every time you try to even start a message. It tells you that you need an update everytime you open the app, despite being updated. Information doesn't sync for multiple accounts for the same lease. My fiancée uploaded the insurance info, but I keep getting asked to upload insurance information. I'm not sure about the maintenance reporting as our landlord doesn't use it because they say they don't get notifications for them.

1★This app double billed me during the initial days of the switchover. I had to pay a huge amount of late fees from the 2 banks I had on file with turbo tenant. I used to pay 1 month ahead. I would pay the next following month as soon as my Social Security deposited. Now because of all those initial problems I'm paying (on average a week late plus turbotenant's late fees of $5 a day.) That's not even considering the "convenience fee" I pay to make my payment online. It's criminal.

1★I have never in my life had more difficulty simply paying a bill! I have wasted hours jumping through all the hoops, verifications, temporary passwords, and third party (Plaid) text codes, etc. just to pay my rent, and it still isn't paid!! Now, I have to wait another 24 hours for their stupid penny deposit to hit my account, because "Oops! Something went wrong!" with the first one! It's hard enough to pay rent as it is these days without this program making it ridiculously more difficult.

1★Havent been able to add my bank info in the app for the past 3 months. Would use my card but they have a 3% fee and thats excessive on a rent payment. Email support hasnt been very helpful because they use an AI chat bot until you write a fed up email. Service works but the app does not. Edit: The app was up to date and I did all steps advised when I emailed them about this issue last month and it still didnt work.

2★The app worked well for the first nine months. Today, 5 days before the rent is due, the app says I am not a tenant and have no bill, but I have a landlord who I can't pay in the app. Not good when you rely on an app to pay your bill, I have to find a fix on my own this holiday weekend. What should be a simple solution app now makes paying a challenge, randomly.
