OBD scanning feature works well, but the new way they charge you for the one-click apps is pretty scummy. You used to be able to purchase an app for 10 credits and you could change the settings on it as much as you wanted. Now, they charge you 10 credits EACH TIME you make a change! For apps with multiple options, like different ambient colors, this is terribly expensive, and I'm very disappointed that they charge like this now.

Been using the app for about 2 years. Driving an older, fickle German it's been wildly helpful as I've had minimal problems with it. Until recently. For the past couple weeks the app won't load if I'm on mobile data - constantly says connection failed, asks to retry, and loops. If I'm on wifi it fires up right away with full functionality. Not the most ideal thing. Would be great to see this resolved. I've tried the ole reboot, uninstall/ reinstall, blah blah blah. Haven't tried to roll back.

Holy micro transactions batman! I bought the pro version that comes with a year membership. That year membership does not include anything other than basic scans. You still need to buy credits. Plus, the software didn't work. I bought this to change my rear brakes and uses the caliper reset function. It failed. Over and over again. Do not waste your money on this product. Get vcds!

Paid lots for the hardware plus credits. The settings for my Audi didn't work and had severe consequences. Customer service only would give me enough credits to reverse the changed setting, not to refund/cover the original credits, so I am still out the money paid without any benefit. Was told I would be notified when a fix was available and its been over a year without it. Bad practices, dangerous product. Buyer beware. Edit: I would have to re-re-spend more money to try things again.

Great tool for resetting those pesky "Service Due" reminders!! HOWEVER, their latest update (7-1-22) removed the free bonus credit option meaning that in order to get usage credits, your only option is to buy them. More greed from the app industry!! I paid for the dongle, but that's not enough for them. If you actually want to use this tool, you get to pay them AGAIN! SUCKS!!! And, just like everyone else, it takes FOREVER to connect IF it connects at all, and then 2X FOREVER to scan the car.
