2★I'm not sold on this app. I paid for the year subscription and felt the 3 day free trial was better than the actual paid version. It doesn’t track my sleep (it did with the free version) even though I have 3 apps that are connected that track my sleep. I've reached out to the customer service to report the issue and have not received any response. Also what it tells me about my heart rate seems pretty wonky.I really wanted to like it, but I'm pretty disappointed.

4★Overall, I like this app, but it sometimes says contradictory things. For example, the forecast will say full steam ahead, but the indicator for physical activity and everything else says go easy or limited. I've written support twice and never received a satisfactory explanation. Also, I find it annoying that I was asked to rate the app - and it automatically defaulted to 5 stars at first even though I selected only 4 stars. Minor pet peeve - but as you can guess truth is important to me!

2★I downloaded this based on some positive reviews. I am, to say the least, underwhelmed. The app started immediately spitting unverified data at me as though it was cannon. No questions about daily life or confirmation of data points. (other than weight, height and age. Even after tweaking the settings it's still telling me I've only slept 3 hours because I woke up and got a snack. Do better. There are other free apps that track my daily activities with better precision.

3★You pay Premium, and every time open the app, an upgrade to lifetime "ad" is the first thing you see. Lacking features a journal should have. No ability to add anything after the fact. Adjust sleep at the source, it does not come through, and you can't edit it either. Without these abilities, true tracking of daily events is not consistent nor fully achievable.

4★This is an awesome app! It really helps my husband track his energy levels and what's going on with his sleep, etc. That's why I got it. However, it was much harder to set up as an Android user, though, they are probably making improvements all the time. My husband's iPhone experience was much easier as far as connecting all the health apps together and making sure they were still tracking and sharing the data. Overall it's a really cool app. I also like the little daily suggestions.
