Whatnot: Shop, Sell, Connect

The items supposed to be brand new as the sellers stated, but I received used/returned items from WhatNot. I'm not so impressed with the merchandise. You get good deals if not too many buyers/bidders on that certain sale event. I never had any luck to get any items less than $5.00. Always someone else placed higher bids on top of me! Could be a fix! I can't return the items eventhough I'm not happy with them!

Whatnot is very much an app of the times... and an amazingly awesome app it is! It may take a little bit to get the hang of, but it's honestly one of the best apps for affordable and speedy shopping! As with many of our adored shopping apps recently, please be sure to pay attention to shipping costs and other "hidden" fees. Now go buy some goodies! With buy now options, as well as live auctions, you'll be able to find ANYTHING and everything you want and need at prices that'll make you 🤯🥳! A+!

need better customer support!! takes days to respond. a lot of discrepancies with payout totals. an item can be in the same category, same weight, etc and your payout total per item will be different. sold count is not correct making it increasingly harder to hit your 1000 sales before you can receive early payouts which still take days to actually receive. tips take three days before whatnot will release them. overall a good idea for an app but poorly executed.

I absolutely love, love, love shopping on Whatnot! One of the biggest reasons is their fair, transparent shipping — the platform sets the rates based on size, weight, and destination instead of letting sellers charge whatever they want. On other apps, I’ve seen shipping costs inflated to $30 or more for a single small plant, which honestly drives me and a lot of buyers away. Whatnot’s approach makes it so much more enjoyable to shop, and their customer service is quick to help with any issues.

I have bought many things using this app. I referred a friend. It says you can get a 10 to 200 dollar credit for referring someone. I'm now in it about a 1.5 weeks fighting for my credit and my friends credit. When I first logged my ticket I was told they could see the credit on their end. I just need to wait a day or 2 for it to show up. You guessed it. It didn't show up. Then they ask me for the order number of my friend. Now it's not for my friends account. Use the app but don't refer.
