3★seems like a neat idea, I'll got this free via insurance. I think I need more time to see if it's useful. Seems to have some high data rate The cons: Keeps freezing when reopening, doesn't integrate well at all (I can't save my password, no auto fill, can't use the back button). Also, they only show two parameters, but it apparently logs hundreds, why can't I look at more? I think the app needs a lot of work.

4★Very happy with the the reports and the west the device works, and the app is ready to use except for one thing - you can't hit the "back" button on Android to get back to the phone main menu and choose another app. You can "log off," but I don't usually want to do that. All you can do to get out of the app it's to press the "show running apps" button, then kill Ting. I consider that to be a "misbehaving" app.

3★I like what the app does, and the interface is easy to interact with. The one complaint I have is related to logging in. The app doesn't allow you to paste your credentials into the user ID and password fields. That is extremely annoying. It wouldn't bother me so much if the app supported biometric authentication. Entering complex passwords using a smartphone keyboard is tedious is error prone.

1★Worked fine for a few days, then won't reconnect to the wifi. You waste your time emailing them and then waiting 2 days for a response to tell you to the predictable garbage responses. Wifi hasn't changed, password hasn't changed, it had a great signal to start with, and miraculously appeared to loose it. You can set another device next to it and it has perfect signal. Appears to be a defective product. Currently it has a solid blue light like it should be working, but it's not. Garbage product

4★Easy to install. This is a great tool to identify potential electrical fire hazards. It is hands-off. You get an alarm only if there's a detected electrical issue. This device looks for arcing, measures voltage, and tracks harmonics. Once a week, you get a status email with a tip on electrical fire safety tips. Overall, the app is easy to use. I believe in this devise enough to purchase it for family members.
