RatePunk: Cheap Flights

the ad that is shown talks about business class fairs. However when you sign up, it gives you only economy and asks to pay even more for business class deals ( I assume the disclosure was something in the fine print to keep it legal). The quality of economy search is far inferior to Google flights. So, not worth even a dollar. The business class deals that I thought I was getting requires to pay twice. so I didn't get it and can't comment on it

Right now I'm still waiting for a refund and have just emailed for the third time. Fearing they're not legit. The app didn't offer the level of specificity that I was seeking which is why I cancelled. For alerts on amazing random deals, it may be the business. The sign up process was very reassuring about refunds though I hated it being multilayered as it wasn't clear to me. Feeling very disappointed. Hope they'll reply, refund soon and that I'll feel better about RatePunk.

I put in a limit of $3000 for an airfare Australia to Europe return. Nothing came up in this app. Same search, same criteria, - dates and airfare limits - on different airline websites: found several flights for 2800. I repeated this for a few days in a row, always same result. Careful: subscription is for a whole year. This means you will not get refunded if you cancel early. You pay you stay, stuck for a year.

do not be fooled by their free trial. I did the free trial, didn't think their flights were that great, and cancelled it the day before the free trial expired. I went through the full cancellation process, even giving feedback about why I cancelled. but the next day I was still charged for a full year's subscription.
