5★The app is extremely easy to use and is well designed/intuitive to use. The developer is very friendly and helpful--he answered an email when I reached out to him. There have been a few occasions when it hasn't flagged something correctly (for example, misreading something with coconut milk as "not compatible" because it had "milk"), but reporting errors is very easy and I expect these issues will disappear as more people use the app. Would definitely highly recommend to others!

5★Excellent app. With the pro edition you can set what you are intolerant/allergic too. I mainly use the ingredient scanner as it will outline what you are intolerant/allergic to in the ingredients on the screen. The scan and search is extremely quick. With age, everything, including ingredients list font size, is getting smaller or is printed on the wrong color background so you can't read it. The developer was responsive when I emailed about two foods I couldn't find on the list.

5★This app has been very helpful in helping me to narrow down foods can get at the grocery store. I did a store visot where all I did was scan foods I usually bought or was thinking of buying to rule out the bad ones. Ended up finding some surprises that I could have! So far the only issue I've seen is when it scans ingredients, Durum wheat gets flagged as Rum lol

3★over engineered, sales funnel, but it works. the app needs 15 minutes of setting it up, and it makes this a personal experience so you are more likely to buy a subscription. it offers you the trial, but hides that you can skip this offer. there are a lot of ingredients listed, the app will throw a lot of warnings. so it might need more setting up. I wanted an app to save time, but it feels like the time I save reading labels is now needed to set up this app. it's overwhelming.

3★1 star for demanding payment information after several minutes of questions, but BEFORE actualy letting me try the app Edit: ok, it is possible, but hidden. The X is easy, but every time I click on the 7 day trial, I get asked for payment info. After a few more tries, I discovered the Decline button above that. And yes, that one is big, too. But the coloring strongly draws focus to the trial button, making the alternative harder to notice. Updated to 3 stars. Will actually try the app now.
