Till: Debit Card for Kids

If it worked, it'd be great. But I can't add my daughter to our "family" because there is no link or QR code when I click that option. I've written support twice in two weeks but no response. Just sent a third, but I don't have high hopes. An automated email came this week and had a QR code but that just takes me to my app. I still can't add my kid. At this point, it would have been easier to just give her my bank card. This app is useless for us.

It's super frustrating. It worked well for a few years. Now, it won't connect to my bank account despite the customer service advice/recommendations. Finally, I tried opening another account, which also displayed more error codes at the initial start of setting up the account. Also, customer service support is only via email, which also is time consuming because there is so much back and forth. I feel I'm spending a great deal more time than is reasonable. Thus, I closed the account today.

Took time to get money into the account, which isn't that big of a deal. My problem is that when I reached out to support because I received zero notifications of deposits, tasks being completed, requests from my kid, etc. I was met with kind words, but no actual results. UPDATE: It's been two months now, and still no movement on my support ticket. Apparently they don't care that you don't get notifications from the app.

It's been a great app until I want to cash out the parent wallet. I keep getting an error code. It's very frustrating. Please fix this error. Once this error is fixed. I can give the app 4 or 5 rating. The only other thing is I wish it would say on the deposits is which bank a deposit comes from not just say bank deposit. That would be very helpful. Fix this two things and this is a 5 Star app!

App works well for the most part. I hate to be too critical since it's nice they offer this free service. The app can be a little buggy with transaction notifications. Sometimes it will say they spent way more than they actually did. But if I go into the app and look at the transactions it shows the correct amount. So not a big deal. Thanks for offering this service for free!
