Finelo: Master Trading

Stay away from this app. It is built on false advertising. You don't get what the ads say you are gonna get for sign up. I paid the monthly sign up fee amount for a month just to get app downloaded and then ask for more money for what they promised in the ad. They just wanted to keep charging me for additional services. 20 to start was not 20 it was then a membership fee, additional 50 plus 20 to buy stocks. False advertising at its finest.

Incredibly misleading, you don't just start trading with $20 and a simple "check-in". Absolutely regret spending money on this app, if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is. DO NOT waste your money, there is a subscription fee. Then more fees to even unlock anything in the app to "help" you do anything. Hopefully this helps someone else from wasting their money. It's a complete scam, seriously DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP.

Horrible rip off. do NOT sign up for this. you will order 1 thing and be charged 3 times be multiple different variations of the name "finelo". They will call each thing something different like AI Analyer, AI Mentor etc. even if you only ordered 1 thing it will keep charging you with different business name until they go through. Of course the subscription ends with you on auto pay for $39.99 am month. You will end up paying $140.00 for a week of using a product that you could learn on YouTube

This is a money grab!! Very expensive, not what it is advertised as. If you sign up for the trial period; hold on!! Most of the "lessons" consist of readily available information for free most places. It does have a professional feel, great job with the design and flow, but lacks real information and requires a TON of monthly payments with endless add-ons. And getting a refund is almost impossible. Be AWARE!!

Just like many others, I seen an add that ai would trade for me starting with as little as $20. Right after paying, it became obvious that this app was never going to do what the advertisement mislead me to believe. It took emailing support back and forth several times to get 50% refund then finally 100% refund after I informed them I was disputing the charge with my bank. what they are doing is illegal and extremely unethical. I hope enough reviews like this will help to shut them down. trash!
