nomadtable: travel friends

Good in principle and does what it says, filling the gap that social media has nowadays. Certainly a nice-to-have app, however: - 70 EUR subscription is too expensive. I am out. - Kind of tricks you into trying premium the first time you install it, with no mention of how to unsubscribe inside the app (gotta go to the Play store to do so, hence 3/5). It's a cool medium that I like to see growing. Hope the concerns get addressed in future release.

The intension is good, but the software is bad. The app is very slow and has no interrupts. If I tap a notification on the phone it first starts the app, then waits 5 seconds before actually going to the conversation, spends 2 seconds updating the conversation, and block me from replying for 3 seconds because it for some reason is not ready. Also, if you click on a notification and then the map button and then the messages button, then it does not interrupt and cancel the previous commands.

5* for the ease of signing up, let's see how it goes... update: I canceled the sub, and I leave 3* coz it might be a good app for others. I'm currently located at lake constance in germany and there's literally nothing going on here, at all, no active users anywhere near me.. definitely not paying €70 on the off chance it'll get better later, are you people on drugs or what?

Trial period is too short to get a feel for what value it brings. I tried meeting people once and it fell through. The experience doesn't justify me spending on it, so I'll delete the app. Perhaps it should offer a money back guarantee or something especially when the user experience is dependent on other users (which is outside their control)

I love the idea and it generally works. I dropped the rating to 3/5 because the organisation is struggling to scale with the increasing popularity of the app. app performance is very poor and there are lots of errors. There is also a major need for some sort of system to recommend/endorce people as the app has had a huge influx of time wasters and difficult people
