ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show

The stories are pretty great and the VIP price is comparable to all the others, even a little cheaper than some of the more established short apps. My problem? The subscription doesn't show up in the app store so I can't cancel it. The app and the store keep giving me the run around, meanwhile, I'm still being charged..

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 weeks now and still can't do it. I have emailed them 7 times and still no response. I can't even go through Google play because they have someway found around it, but they are still getting paid. Horrible. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP. If I could give it a negative 0 review I would. What do I do now? Any help would be great.

It costs 80 coins for a VERY short segment that's maybe 1 min long. I was able to see more of the "show" for free in the add that I saw for this app then I was able to see using coins. It didn't let me start where the add left off. You can only see a very limited amount daily for "free" by watching adds. The acting isn't great. I will definitely delete this app once I find out what happened in the "show" that caught my eye. IDK if it's even worth the bother.

I saw part of a video on YouTube (or Facebook can't remember which) and wanted to see how it ended so I downloaded the app. I was only able see a bit of the video (not even as much as I had already seen) because it would play for 10 seconds after the fist three minutes and you go through those five free ads really quickly. I refuse to spend real money just to watch a 10 second clip of the video that I have already seen. Very disappointing and misleading. I wanted to like this app but no. Delete

I saw an advertisement on YouTube for the Divorced Billionaire "show" and I washed to finish it. However, this app requires you to pay for every episode before allowing you to watch the next. In the ad, I watched about half the show... So when I spent money on coins to unlock the rest of the show... To my dismay, I had to pay for all the episodes, even the ones I watched in the ad. Never again.
