5★the app works pretty well. it allowed us to pause the tour so we could do something else and then restart again without much difficulty. it would have been nice if the tour descriptions had elevation changes, as the one that we went on was a bit hilly. not so much as to make it a bad experience, but we were a little surprised. oh, the tour we ended with basically an ad. here's a nice place to grab a bite if you're hungry. I'm sure that the narrator gets something from it, but it turned me off.

3★I have mixed feelings about this app. While the content is great, the technical limitations are frustrating. You can’t start a tour until the entire file is downloaded, which can take 30 minutes; not ideal if you aren't at a hotel with stable Wi-Fi. Additionally, navigation is inflexible; if you have to change your route due to closures or a change in entry, it's very difficult to find the correct locations. The app doesn't offer a named list of segments. It's frustrating to open one by one.

4★it seems like it is probably worth the $9 that I paid, however it also is out of date I'm just a little bit clunky for being able to recognize where I was by a GPS in real time so I got turned around several times. there was a reference to something being a one-way Street where it is not so that also at me confused. but also the amount of History included versus the amount of vendor promotion was not great.

5★Really enjoyed this tour as well as getting lost in Charleston (literally). Had to drive most of the tour because I can't walk long distances. Even so, I was still able to navigate the tour with minimal course corrections... beware of those one way streets. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn a little history while getting their steps in. Will be doing more in the future.

3★I was frustrated that the price went up significantly when I got to the check out page. And I had to download 2 different apps (VoiceMap & Get Your Guide) AND create accounts with both and check my email for a code in order to access the audio tour. For Cork Highlights, the narrator was easy to understand and the navigation was pretty clear. I liked the automatic stop and start based on location. I would've enjoyed more variety, like sound effects or quotes read by different voice actors.
