Offline Music Player: Play MP3

It does what I need it for, which is play All of my music without needing internet or mobile data. It has other features too but they're not my priority. I have to dock at least one star because it is actively faster to close and reopen the app when encountering a video ad. The ads are especially annoying if you change between menus a lot, like when editing playlists. if youre like me and just put your entire list on shuffle, skipping songs that arent the vibe today, its a decent app.

Just great. I will say I got the pro edition immediately (no ads and more features). This is probably the highest quality app I ever paid for. I wish I could get it on my wife's iPhone. I manually added the music to the music folder via a USB cable from my laptop. So I'm not sure how easy it is to use via other methods, however it was as simple as dragging them to the folder and it detects and sorts by the meta data, even pulling up lyrics. Perfect as far as I can tell.

After downloading a handful of different apps, this one was the most aestheticly pleasing and user friendly. That being said, where do I send suggestions for further improvements?? I use this to play my music for my fitness classes, I need to see the length of each song while in my playlists. An overall length of each playlist would be helpful as well. Love this app, it's working great!!

Took the same route as all the others. Navigating to a folder? Ad. Backing out of a song to pick another? Ad. Playing a song? Ad. Accidentally tried to increase volume past maximum? Push to buy Premium with "Volume Booster" (what nonsense is this? The only way this would be real is if you artificially capped volume at like 90% and then charged me for the other 10%.) Save your time. Navigating to a song is infuriating due to the ads and it means even trying to pause a song is a nightmare.

Filthy amount of ads, to the point that when I open the app it immediately plays an ad, which has audio coming from it that I cannot mute, and that continues to play even when I close the app. I have to force stop it. So I can't even listen to my music without some weird ad music playing behind it. There are definitely better apps for playing locally downloaded music than this one. Very disappointing because everything else about the app works well.
