5★This is an update of my previous review. The app had not been working properly when I posted at first. Within a day of posting, tech support reached out with some recommendations, and the app is now back to working as it should. I'm really enjoying the wall pilates program, and the gradual progression is appreciated. I'm living with a ruptured biceps tendon, and this program is keeping me moving.

1★I was very frustrated that I could not chat with someone on the app with my questions. so I'm going to leave them here. first of all, with the fast moving new sequences, they go from long shot to close up so we can't see the whole body doing the entire sequence. Also, as a dancer, I'm very used to mirroring the instructor. So when I am told to use my right arm because she's using her right arm it's actually the opposite of what I'm seeing. Not user friendly. Also, no weight lost!

2★I really was liking this app until after the initial sign up stating it was a little over $15, without anything in the account setup saying it would automatically charge my card before the month was over. Come to find out it charges my card every month $39 which is ridiculous and it should be fully disclosed in the initial sign up. I would've kept the subscription for the $15, but I can't afford $40 a month! I could get a really great full membership at my local gym for less than that. Liars

4★I loved the Tai Chi challenge. Just started the sofa yoga. Good workout, but the voice is very AI sounding, and it tells you how to do moves, but not when to return to original position. I use my phone and can't always see what is going on, I depend on the vocal instructions. The Tai Chi did, every movement, even completing an exercise. That is really my only complaint thus far!

5★I'm doing beginning tai chi for seniors, on day 9 today, and already I have lost 2 lbs. I feel more toned and more energetic. Need more exercises to improve balance. It's a little awkward to learn the movements with the ball but I'm slowly getting it. Standing for so long makes my lower back ache, but that is getting better too. Overall I like the program and will continue to meet my goal.
