3★My sister got this as a gift for my grandma so we can add photos easily from all over the country. App is easy to use, but is so limited on functions. When I upload a photo, I can't adjust the size or the part of the photo I want to show, and it's even worse to choose the circle of the "most important part". I have a few photos I didn't upload because the photo won't show the full family or the circle will not encompass what I want.

It's $17ish/year, which isn't a lot, but I could go broke on things that are cheap because there's millions of them. You have to click an "add" button 4 times after selection to add, and you can't go look at what you've already added. Most pictures do not fit well. DO NOT recommend. Trash app and I regret the purchase.-thanks I'll send one

1★it's a massive pain to upload photos. you HAVE to use the app but the app doesn't work. it crops, cuts , flips and does whatever it wants to your photos. if you select fit frame it will flip the photo to fit but not orient it correctly. waste of money. I bought a second one thinking the first one was faulty. but nope, they are designed and sold as faulty units. returning it today. they suck.

1★Hopefully you're looking at these reviews before they steal your photos and videos. When I bought the frame. there was no subscription required. Now you have to subscribe to use it like everything else nowadays. If you dont have the photos backed up before you put them on the frame, they are gone. You cant download photos or videos back off the frame. I had 67 videos on the frame, and wanted to get them back since im not going to subscribe to a photo frame.

1★rubbish. this is easy harder to use than I would expect. the app on my phone jumps all over the place. you have to upgrade to send more than ten pictures at a time. I wanted it for a mother's Day gift. it has so many glitches. it doesn't connect easily with Google photos, or at least it's not obvious how to do that. terrible app. terrible product
