2★The app mostly works, but is very confusing and hard to use. Information is spread across many different screens with no on-stop place to get everything you want. Recurring investments are the absolute worst. There are 3 separate places where you need to set them up. All are hidden deep in menus, and don't even work right when you find them. To cap it all off, the documentation for this unintuitive feature is outdated and wrong.

2★It's not the app it's the incredible lack of customer appreciation or understanding thier needs. I have provided them with multiple outside accounts showing level 3 trading they are still stuck at level 2 and multiple denials. Well folks - If I cannot even make "self covered" "defined risk" 4 legged trades - there's not much point in sending money or accounts to your platform. Luckily - It's not just words. I have other platforms to trade. Out with whatever little capital I did send your way.

3★I've been using both Webull mobile app and desktop platform for years. It has indeed been enhanced. I hope they improve on 2 things: 1) Option Strike/Expiry chart. If you tap on a candle bar, a box shows the Vol., High, Low etc. BUT not Open Interest, which is very important. 2) On Feeds, when tagging another ticker, it's so inconvenient how it's done with pop up box.Plus if you make mistakes while typing, say 2 spaces between words instead of 1, it will untag the tickers you just added!

2★This app was great. Detailed graphs, information I needed to make smart decisions for my stock trading. Now it's awful. The graphs are overly simplified. I can't even find basic information about the stocks I currently own like the average purchase price or even how many stocks in a company I have. It's gone from great to trash.

5★Too bad other platforms are not as easy to understand options like this one is. I absolutely love the charting system they use! The only dispute I have is that there are no alerts able to be made on the "horizontal" and "ray" lines in the tool menu. If I were able to have alerts on the lines I drew, I would have my charts looking even cleaner!!
