I really wanted to love Manus, and at first, I did. When I first started using it, my credits actually lasted. I could get a lot done with 8,000 credits and it felt worth it. But over the past couple of months, something changed. Now even the smallest, most basic tasks eat through hundreds, sometimes thousands of credits. I can burn through 8,000 credits in under an hour, which is honestly wild. What makes it worse is that half the time, Manus isn’t even following the instructions I give it.

I know money is good, but you don't wanna be greedy with credits. I pay $40 per month and I'm already out of credits on the 9th just editing a basic PDF! 🫤 This rarely is the case in other AI apps, and not a matter of simply watching credit usage. This is NOT going to make me pay $60 / month. I am an individual, not a business. Find another way to reach your financial goals. If this unreasonable pricing continues, I will unsubscribe.

Terrible, free version was ok just short times. Paid for subscription that said you would get 1000 extra credits, didn't get them. Got the 8000 but with a daily limit of 460 which expired in about 15 minutes. Even though I paid still constantly tells me to upgrade to pro, which I already did. Tried support was told nothing they could do they would reach out to the team. Canceled my subscription. Still asking for an upgrade I already paid for. won't let me continue. No support.

I love using it but here's the problem when you're on a free plan you get daily allowed of credits that start over everyday. will I upgrade it so I can get more credits. so when you pay it you're not getting your free credits no more. mind you you were supposed to but it's not happening and I've tried to find a live person to speak to and nobody will contact me back at this rate it's easier and better and more efficient to stay on the free account if I don't hear from somebody I'll just go back
