RoomGPT AI - Interior Design

Not what I expected. I paid for a week. Couldn't even use the app bc it wouldn't upload pics. now cannot find anywhere that actually allows me to cancel! There is NO way to cancel in the app. I had to google how to cancel to find out that you have to email them. But guess what? They don't provide an email in the app. Very suspicious. Do not recommend.

I cannot get it to work. Every image I have uploaded it gets a Network Error. I have tried on Wifi on cellular. I have uploaded 3 different types of rooms and the outside of my house. I got chat to somewhat work to change a wall color, but it was so frustrating because I had to reupload the same pic to get the wall color to change to another color. ALSO NOTE - if you pay for it and it fails like it did for me, they don't issue refunds. Read the refund policy.

It is a hott mess. it did not declutter my images at all, it just added a few random items or changed the color of a few things. I was staring at my image trying to find what it actually did. Now I can't see where to cancel. to reply- considering the week is not unlimited edits(missleading advertising) having to redirect the command multiple times to get results I should get the first time eats into photo credits. I would not have paid $4.99 for 20 attempts vs 1 week free as advertised.

It takes multiple tries for it to get you what you want. It will only let me use 22 of my 25 before requesting more payment to view more. There is no way to cancel from the app. I keep seeing the review response of unlimited classic but you can't do anything without more payment if you buy premium. Go to a different AI.

paid for weekly subscription and have waited over 1 week and it's still saying I've done 96 designs which is a total LIE. Then it says wait 5 days??? By, then another $20 will have charged before I have any access to the functions! I want a refund immediately! if I pay for something I expect to use it! Do NOT PAY FOR THIS APP. The developer response is just as TRASH as this app. It absolutely doesn't matter if I have access to the app when I'm paying for weekly access to the AI. IT Didn't renew!
