1★It works well on my tablet. It was also working well on my phone. But after I was asked to sign back in, that's where the issue started. I will put all my information (email & password...) and then it will say "Click 'Launch Zoom" button, and I will do so, but it keeps loading and I never get pass that point! In other words, I'm currently unable to sign in on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, try using other accounts- it's still the same!

2★I love Zoom, but this app is the least stable app on my phone. If I make it all the way to the end of a meeting without Zoom crashing *at least* once, it's a good day! Sometimes when it crashes, there's a pop-up that vanishes in ~½ second that says something about "exited unexpectedly," but it's gone before I can see the rest of what it says. My phone is a Google Pixel 8, with the latest Android updates applied.

4★I love the app, there just needs to be a way to go into an audio mode that allows you to play the sound on a Bluetooth speaker. it can be called Webinar Mode, Podcast mode, etc. But so far, my speaker won't play the sound because it thinks the audio is a phone call. I appreciate the respect of privacy in the speaker, so Zoom should allow variable types of audio output, including this method I am recommending.

5★The voices are clear, video is good enough. I only zoom with one person who is house-bound. I don't mind the 40-minute limit on the free version. I just send a 2nd invitation. I tried the Pro Version so that I could continue a session for one hour, but for my limited needs, it wasn't worth the money. Soon I will be traveling abroad for months. Zoom will allow toll-free connection, but only if I upgrade to Pro, so it's not really toll-free. I'm exploring Google Meet and Whatsapp.

4★ZOOM, when it works it's great! The video is clear, I like the chat, and breakout rooms are easy to use. When it doesn't, it's a hot mess. This is especially true in the remote learning situation. The children sometimes can't connect into classes or audio/video are unstable. You really need to have strong internet or a separate device, rather than a hotspot.
