Match Masters

Used to be a challenging yet still fun game. But lately, they've been "upgrading" & making a ton of changes that are supposedly improvements. These "upgrades" stink & seem to make the game(s) more difficult. Prizes are better, but now, instead of 5,000 🏆 it's 15,000! Also, please stop adding new features if you're gonna change them or take them away altogether! This game was great until recently. Something changed & as you can see, most people aren't fans. You're taking the fun out of it.

The stars I give this game just keep going down. its my favorite mobile game and a go to for me when I have rare down time. But it is also the ONLY game I have ever played with so many technical issues. Constant loss of connection makes the game almost unplayable after spending money. Resulting in loss rewards and VIP time. There are consecutive days I can't play it because of the connection issue. I have a brand new phone (same problem on the old one), 5G data connection, and amazing wifi.

I am very disappointed with direction the maker's of this game have went. When I first started playing is was fun and relaxing. now it is just unfairness and loosing. the customer service is horrible. the game lags out and has "technical issues". Now when you loose boosters and coins from the game loosing signal...they take days to I reply and say they couldn't find a problem. I would not suggest playing.

Great game, however sometimes when playing another opponent there time runs out and they continue to play why you are waiting for your turn but then the system crashed and gets stuck on screen no one can continue. when reaching out to support they say well you will lose your booster do to playing the game but I never got to finish the game so I should be able to get it back. but they come up with some excuse to not giving you back the booster that was lost do to there system glitch. poor servic

The game keeps crashing like every other time I start a match. So I lose every booster I tried to use when I started because it keeps freezing, yet doesn't give me my booster back. I really like the game, if only it wouldn't freeze up literally every DAY. :( Edit: After many weeks of constant freezes, I'm tired of losing so many boosters, I guess I'm officially done with this game. :(
