1★Not at all realistic when it comes to angles, etc. The developers need to learn physics. I've never seen so many horrible "scratches" in my life. Every time you hit the cue ball with any amount of force, it somehow changes direction and finds a pocket... usually when there's only one ball remaining in the table. It's insane how the cue ball seems to have a magnetic attraction to pockets whenever only the 8 ball is left, or the 9 ball, in the case of a 9-ball game. I'm about to delete the game.

1★I love this game and play daily. over the last week though, none of my winnings have been calculated. I emailed for help, and received a BS response. This is especially frustrating because I purchased the pool pass every two weeks. I will no longer be spending any money on this game. Also, there are a ton of bots and cheaters on the app lately. The fact that those are allowed to be on there, but I'm the one being penalized makes me even more upset.

1★The game is good but the application becomes extremely slow because of too many in-app ads. It looks like the game is made for selling and ads only and not for playing. And there is also a problem with the game. In the game you are randomly matched to any level of player (mostly much higher than yours). Even if you are just a beginner, you will be matched with professional level players. The game will end even before you start to play. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

1★After having an account that I spent actual money on banned for "exploiting", which I guess means winning at a high percentage( I was at around 86%) within the parameters set by the developers, I only play as a guest now with multiple devices and accounts. I do not spend a penny and keep my win % under 35%. Weird scratch caused by algorithm? Immediately quit match. And only play the low tables. Never upgrade anything. This is all within the rules of the game and keeps it somewhat fun.

5★I play this with some friends who live thousands of miles away. And while it is absolutely riddled with pushing to get you to spend money at almost every turn, I can honestly say it's still fun, and worth suffering through all the freemium stuff. It's still enjoyable and sustainable to play without having to pay, but most importantly you can add and play your own friends directly. Thanks for that in particular!
