FarmVille 2: Tropic Escape

I really like this game, but it's been glitching really bad and not adding things I've won to my account, including diamonds, expansion supplies, etc. Starting last week it is not adding the correct amount of feed towards earning the mythical creature. Twice now it has taken me down to zero, and one of those times I was 1 away from winning it. This has completely killed my motivation to play the game. I even sent an email to the developers regarding the first issue, but never got a reply.

New Phone won't load progress. I played this game for about 5yrs and have switched phones and would sync. This most recent phone change tells me I need the most updated version to sync but there are no updates. I've tried a few times and it has been a couple months. No one from support ever responds. I had my own club and way to far along to just start over. This is the only game that wouldn't load after the new phone and I'm pretty bummed and annoyed support will not respond.

I downloaded this game on a new device (phone). Now it says that I need to download latest content in order to sync, however, I am unable to find "latest content " on Playstore or even through the app when I tap the OK button to download. Furthermore, Zynga has not responded to multiple requests for assistance over 4 days and when I chat with the support team, they just stop responding. i have played this game for years. Invested time and considerable money into it. I have now lost both. SUCKS.

I've been playing this game for years and now I have a new phone. It will not let me go back to my saved game. It keeps telling me to update the app, but there are no updates available. Now it says it is downloading new data and it loads really slow to 359%. Once it reaches 305%, it takes about 5-10 minutes for it to go up 1%. I had been waiting for probably an hour while continuously pressing my phone screen (or else the progress doesn't save) and it just randomly started all over.

While the graphics and gameplay are overall good, this game takes up way too much time. Events on top of events that use up your storage with "special" items. Which means you don't have room to make items for your regular orders. Then you have to make more items just so you can explore locations that drop necessary ingredients to make other stuff. I already have a full-time job. Uninstalled.
