From then I got almost no matches, no nothing, and I even emailed you guys almost a month ago and got nothing from you guys. I didn't have incognito mode, nothing to hinder the flow of matches, but they suddenly stopped. I just reinstalled the app again, but the same situation continues, even with gold. Your app is good, but over time, it just declines.

Even with the membership I couldn't use all of the features. Plus technical difficulties, freezing in the app. Although it is a cool concept.

1★This app is terrible and somewhat of a scam. Their customer service is also bad. As soon as I bought membership for a week, then all of a sudden, nobody on the app was receiving my hellos and I was not visible on the map even though I boosted my profile. I have other people that also have the app that are females and said they could not even see my profile. I contacted customer service with three different emails and never got a reply so they basically just took my money and scammed me.

1★Seems like complete BS. The moment I signed up, I had 5 "likes". Since, nothing but crickets. I have a completed profile with several great pics that has drawn lots of attention elsewhere, plus I've made a point to try to interact with numerous people with literally zero results. This app seems like a complete waste of money and time.

I think most women use beauty filters now, video chat in-app is the only way to see how they really look. Chat has built-in translation, super helpful. It also red flags messages aggressively and it can be annoying to click the very tiny "view anyway" button. I unsubscribed over price.
