1★what is the point of spending an hour searching for items that you like, only to have multiple errors when trying to load products? then, after settling on a few, to find out that something in your cart is sold out, but no indication of which it is? after revisiting each item and adding and deleting them from the cart, it still says something is sold out. know what's sold out? my patience as a customer. not bothering with this brand again. waste of my time!

1★After-sales service is really bad. The only option to reach them is if you are to ask for a refund. No option about contacting them about an order marked delivered but not received. A lot of links on their email on contact information or how to get in touch with them are not working. Same too with links within the app. The courier (2go) they used also has an issue with their website. The tracking page is not working even if you use the link adidas provided within the app and delivery email.

1★Incredibly frustrating. App doesn't sync with favorites from the web, so if you're using a browser on your PC and then want to use the app... not in sync, nothing shows up. That's just poor development work. Second, gift cards are a disaster. They really need to change their processor - doesn't matter how many credit or debit cards I try to use to make a purchase everyone sees the transaction as fraudulent and declines the purchase. Use a reputable company, you're losing business.

3★This app is OK. It's clean, easy to use, and everything are reachable. But, when looking through items, the items repeats over and over, which gets really boring. And why does shipping takes so long, I ordered 3 items within the app, and it took almost 3 weeks, to the point where I forgotten that I ordered something here. Please fix that, I don't want to be a bad customer, but I'm not buying anything within this app again until they fix that.

3★Out of 2 orders, one was cancelled for payment issues. The second was complete even tho i put the same info. Great shoes by the way. Now I'm trying to make a third order but its saying issues with billing and address info even tho they are the same and complete. I think your app is erasing the info when saving which stops me from finalizing the payment. Really frustrating especially when the shoes are great and on sale. It either works or it does not. Everything works on other apps. Why not here
