App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

Great never had an issue. lately they have amazing fairs and a large selection of options, times and destinations for your trip. they also have a great cancellation policy if you cancel your ticket before your trip You can get a full refund which is basically unheard of today. My only complaint is I wish the trains were on time a bit more. However, they do have a new system which will text you ahead of time when your train is running late and it does help a lot .

The app on my Android is much, much better than the online web site - but after 3 or 4 tries in the past 24 hours to book a reservation I haven't succeeded yet - I'm seriously considering spending the additional $300 and flying this trip. The app forgets what I was doing and asks me to log in again. If I follow a link for more information, it forgets everything I've entered. After I'm sure that I have entered everything correctly through payment, the "Purchase" is greyed out and inoperative.

Edit April 2026: They've finally made some improvements. First time in years I can give it three stars. The downside: Push notifications don't work! NO REWARDS ACCOUNT ACCESS: must log into the website to check the account. Needs better integration with the rewards program and real-time information. Often, it won't sell tickets near departure time.

Trash app. It wants me to log out to log in and even then is getting my profile info wrong. It only lets you pick 1 favorite departing and arriving destination each (instead of just saving your favorites and letting you choose where you use them). The points redemption instructions don't appear to apply to the app. Finally, of the company in general, God help you if you need to call customer service.
