I wrote a long heart felt email to my good friend in confinement and saved it indraft but when I went to finish the letter it was GONE! 😰 I also sent an email to him, but he said he never received it. I purchased stamps on my account a while ago, I when tried to send a email, the app stated I needed to purchase more, that isn't be right! This app is cheap, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Writing a letter and mailing it would be more reliable!😠

I'm beyond grateful for the app & ability to stay in touch with my loved one with emails, pictures, being able to set up recurring payments so it isn't a constant stressor & getting a notification when they've sent me something. What I don't like, is that it isn't direct, has to be decifered, words with colors or the use of "pod" & "rec" are held up, possibly for days.. pictures take just as long for them to receive & forget about them getting anything on the weekends.

I have been using this app for 6-7 years. I have never had issues until recently. A few times my messages get stuck in drafts after I made sure to hit send and then confirm. I also think it would be awesome to add a 'resend' feature on emails. A lot of times emails dont go through and there is no copy and paste. It would be even better if the incarcerated individual had that same 'resend' feature as well.

It seems to work when it wants to. I received an email a month after it was sent. Also seems to constantly be loading with the blue page that says "jpay", and the white circle just goes around and around. I have unistalled and reinstalled nothing changed it's still stuck on the loading page. Most of thr time I have to log on using the website. I downloaded the app to avoid that and to be able to navigate through the system faster and eaiser.

I agree with another user. The most recent update is disappointing to say the least. I am constantly receiving notifications expecting to open my email to read from my loved one only to see there isn't any new mail afterall. I get there's a delay, but DAYS at a time sometimes?? A bit much...If not for videograms I'd delete the app. Although I might do it anyway, though convenient you pay more then you do going online. As if they're not getting enough money as is.
