3★Very convenient in the obvious ways, but so glitchy in others, I'm not sure if the convenience is worth the stress. ex: my flight got delayed, missed my connection . App says "we've automatically booked you on the next flight- click to accept" I clicked and it was a completely different date/flight/route. Then it decided it was a day later than it was, preventing useful searches. It was resolved on ground, but still added a ton of unnecessary stress.

When I click on the link to let them know it was not useful, the link doesn't work. Garbage. I'm literally in the airport, my flight has been delayed, the gate has changed the Info on the airport board hasn't been updated and I can't get info from the app because it won't let me log in.

2★If you don't log on for a few months, it is very hard to log on. You reset your password multiple times, and it does not take. I have hundreds of apps that require login credentials, and multi-factor authentication. These apps never give me authentication issues. I thought it was just me, maybe a bad certificate or old cache information, but I checked with a few friends, and they have the same issue. You contact Delta, and they say they haven't received any complaints.

3★It's a decent app and works well overall. If I could change one thing, I would adjust the selection menu for cabin class on the booking screen. It drops down and is difficult to properly select. The same thing happens on their website with the drop-down booking design. It's such a poorly designed interface. I would also love if it would default to my previous search's cabin class, instead of having to select Delta One every single time.

1★Absolutely terrible app. I could write a novel about the frustrations I've had with it in the past hour alone. It wouldn't let me log in with what I knew was the correct login and PW. When I reset the PW I still couldn't log in with the new PW. I kept getting multiple errors at different phases of the process of trying to add passport info, get flight info emailed to myself and my partner, and checking in. I finally gave up on checking in. Will be avoiding delta at all costs moving forward.
