I CANNOT use this app at night :( it's actually been so helpful, but no dark mode makes it incredibly difficult to log things at night or use the app when I first get up. I have a few ocular issues (photosensitive, after images, visual snow, hormonal migraines) and I'd really love to pay for the app and use it long term, but I just can't. I'm missing goals because of this and it's really frustrating and disheartening. Please come out with a dark mode! It would make so many birb parents happy!

Not the best for "Self-Care". If you lack motivation like me to do basic hygiene necessities, then the app doesn't help because you can simply just click and say "Yeah, I did this." When you didn't. Plus, the whole adventures thing is really useless. If it's a pet to care for, I should be able to check and always interact with it. To get attached. But no, all it does is just do some things, ask for your opinion on something, then leaves for hours. I barely find the motivation for opening the app

I love this app. My only complaint is when I have set goals for start of day, afternoon, evening, bedtime, I expect them to stay in order but they dont always do. If I set a new goal, it makes things go all wacky and I have to reorder them. It's not too big an issue, but when I'm struggling to get things done and look to the app to help, sometimes not seeing it at the top is enough for me to procrastinate when I wouldn't otherwise. Small detail, but that's the only thing that drives me mad.

I have ADHD and used other apps, including ones designed for ADHDers. They didn't work. Finch works better because it gives me more flexibility/fluidity. I can snooze, delete, or archive goals. I can even snooze the app and not loose my progress. I've set up multiple tasks under different categories. This helps me stay motivated and allows me to accomplish things that I'm motivated to do for that day. I love my Finchie and named her Pancake.

I wasn't sure if this Finch thing would be too cutesy, but it turns out, like most things in life, it is what you make of it. I'm finding myself setting and maintaining goals better, and taking my "birb" through adventures and helping to grow it tickles me. I'll be adding more goals now that I've been pretty consistent for nearly a month, can't wait to see how it evolves. Oh, and you can play for free, at least that's what I'm doing. I really appreciate that!!!
