App does not work. Requires credit card information even though it's a $0.00 transaction just in order to book an appointment. When trying to add the info it wanted, it just keeps saying to open my bank app to approve (though my bank app never prompted) and then it says two-factor authorization failed even though that's not something I have set up. I just wanted to make an appointment, not pay for anything.

Not good usage experience. how can an app not allow you to search with the name of a place. It's so basic for a B2C platform. they are live when you search for them on google..if yiu click then the app opens. in the app the search part doesn't allow you to type the name.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Galya is amazing and truly the best in the business. The salon has such a wonderful, welcoming vibe, and she always makes you feel so relaxed throughout the appointment. She is incredibly professional and her workspace is always perfectly kept. Plus, she has an endless variety of colors, so there is always something new and trendy to try. Highly, highly recommend

Kate is the best beautician I've ever used(& I've used a fair few over the years!)Friendly & very knowledgeable...she really knows her stuff!The salon is extremely clean,welcoming & tidy. Although she promotes Tropic products she does it in a low key way which I find quite refreshing...there's no hard sell! Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment as she gets so booked up but as she is aware I can be flexible she has often let me know about a last minute cancellation which is much appreciated.

This hair salon provides numerous styles for various hair types. I love the service that Marie provides for my Mom. She is patient and, explains the importance of proper hair care; to ensure healthy hair. I highly recommend her as a master barber, stylist, and one who does not double book and triple book her clients.
