Hinge Health

I enjoy the convenience of the app and how easy it is to do the exercises and the variety of videos.I have not enjoyed another app as much as I have with Hinge. The easy access of reaching out to a therapist, whether thru message or video. I would definitely recommend this app to my friends and family. And not to mention after doing your exercises for a number of days, they send you free gifts to compliment your exercises.

I love the Hinge Health app. I have been using it for about five years or so now. I speak highly about it to friends, family, strangers, and my doctor! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend! 💯 it's easy to use and convenient. They first they sent me a tablet with sensory belts to make sure you do the exercises correctly. Later, it evolved to the app on my cellphone. This allowed easier access and the freedom of doing this whole on the go! Coach, Kelly, I am assigned to work with is amazing.

Great program, especially for beginners. But, is also for people who are more advanced. The key for me was to start slow and be consistent. After 14 days I feel a big difference. The Physical Therapist is very friendly and helpful and responds within 24 hours. I love this program. I just got the tens unit (Enso 3), and it's much better than my corded tens unit.

This program is amazing! My back went out 2 weeks ago. I was in so much pain. I used the app instead of going to an in house physical therapist! The exercises were painless! The results were amazing! While recovering I used the app every single day and I still use the app at least 3 days a week. I'm so happy to report I'm 100% healed. I have been referring Hinge Health to my co-workers and everyone else. Also, I stayed in contact with an online therapist and reported my daily results!

This is a well designed app with excellent exercise programs and literature to read. It also connects you with a health coach and a physical therapist who you can meet with either asynchronously, or via video chat. I have found it very helpful. i think though that you can only get it through your health insurance. It would be great if they had an offer that allowed self pay for folks that don't have health insurance or don't have a program that covers this app.
