1★The app is honestly quite useless. The only good feature is the reminder to clean the oven. Diagnostics are a joke. It didn't register anything wrong when we had issues. It has a remote start option, but you have to physically push the button on the oven to turn it on, then once you're out of range of your wifi, it won't work, so what's the point? It registers hundreds of fridge door openings in a small time frame in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping and refuses to stay connected to app

1★App hasn't worked with my LG Smart TV properly in months. Now it just doesn't at all. Log out and back in, remove and re add device, uninstall and reinstall- it doesn't matter. It works once after the initial "fix" and then maybe once in 70 or 80 interaction attempts on a good shot, more than 150 on a bad. Never mind the shoddy alerts/updates from other devices that might come through hours after it's already been dealt with. I liked it at first, now I'm trying to find literally anything else.

1★I've had this tv and app for about two years, never had much of an issue. Recently got a new phone and logged in to the app to find my device missing. so that's fine, I know how to add it back up. Click add device, tv, then it loads and gives up. I've tried uninstalling app, trying a different phone which has always had the app and worked, and same thing: device is gone. Tried it on there thinking it's just a phone issue, still loaded and gave up. Updated tv, same issue.

1★this app is absolutely terrible - it was definitely designed by people who have no idea what they are doing. for the remote, the touchpad is default (Nobody wants to use a mouse cursor to select things on their TV) and when you switch to the normal arrows, it switches back automatically, closes all the time, doesnt remember where it was, sometimes it's too sensitive, other times it doesn't work at all, and it takes forever to connect to the TV, and sometimes loses connection. aweful. worthless.

1★This app used to be amazing. Everything was simple and easy to use. But months ago it completely flipped and it's became worthless. It used to connect to my TV with ease and now it doesn't recognize my TV at all. Says I'm not connected to the same network on my TV and mobile device. I used to recommend everyone to buy a LG device. Now I will tell people to avoid LG if they can. Terribly upsetting how something can go from so great to absolute garbage.
