2★The rewards and deals aren't really worth it, and it makes us pick up the order inside the store instead of in the drive thru which entirely undercuts the convenience of using an app. I tried using one of their "deals" that took 50% off "any order" except any order apparently doesn't include their food. This whole experience was terribly disappointing.

1★I don't really understand the point of using the app. Like, there's deals, but they're not worth doing. 1$ off order of 15 or more, 1$ off a small blizzard treat, 9$ for a small cheeseburger, a small fry, and a blizzard treat, (with a 5$ up charge if you want a normal blizzard)... like did anyone ever actually check these deals. This combined with the restrictions on your rewards, the fact that the reward points expire, and the fact that there's a time limit when adding... not worth it.

1★genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever used. wont allow me to use my card even though the information is correct. try to put in a new card, deletes the food in the cart. doesn't even save the new card info. I have never had such a difficult experience trying to order food. wouldn't even need to use this garbage app if you would have the same stuff on doordash as the app. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

2★app worked great for awhile. now is no longer letting me complete the order after trying to check out. uninstalled, reinstalled. removed payment method, added payment method. and it still comes up with "something went wrong". additionally, when adding a drink to a combo, you only get the option of size and no ice. didn't ask flavor. so work around has been adding blizzard as drink side, and then adding an additional soft drink.

1★I have had a rewards account at DQ for over a year and recently since getting a new phone and installing the app I cannot get my account to work. I sign in using my email but when completing sign up I receive a message that it cannot be completed. So the app is completely useless. And forget going to the website to contact anyone through chatbot or any other means of communication. It seems that they do not want to deal with any issues their app or restaurants have.
