Paylocity

Difficult to navigate and use. The display is different on your phone vs the computer, to the point where we cannot figure out how to get somewhere on one or the other. Some features only work on the phone app for some people and only work on the desktop for others. Sometimes I can clock in in the building, sometimes I can only clock in in a very specific location, like the office, while using the phone app. Sometimes I can't clock in while using my desktop, as it says I'm "out of range."

Loved it until my on demand feature mysteriously disappeared. I have not reach my advance limit for the pay period and went in to get an advance and it is no longer an option. My employer states they changed nothing. They never turned it on to even know how to turn it off. Smh. maybe we should switch back to paychex. never had issues getting my advance with more than enough hours worked

It's decent. My biggest complaint is it doesn't have the option, at least I haven't found where, to opt out of needing to sign in AGAIN to view personal information or even to view pay check. A hassel in my opinion. Petty, but I'm gonna say it again, if I am already signed in don't make me sign in AGAIN to view what my check amount is. 😡

Most of the time, I'm unable to log into the app. The one time log ins come up with errors about the Company ID although it's the correct one. Finally logging in, wanting to look at my paystub, it's not even a clear paystub. There are no details at all on hourly wage, or any of the "usual" details that I'm accustomed to. Hard to navigate, not impossible just have to look around. I'm not impressed at all. I wish I didn't need to use this app for work.

This app is a nightmare! I don't understand how this company is one of the top payroll companies in the US. The access on the app compared to the website is extremely different. As soon as I submit a time off request it disappears. You can't see it anywhere. Sometimes I receive notification that it was approved and sometimes I don't. Cannot see all types of time off buckets and their balances. It is a lot of unnecessary stress. If I had the choice, I would be switching to a much better app.
