Plex: Stream Movies & TV

I do not care about Live TV, On Demand, or Discover. I use Plex ONLY to watch my personal movie and TV library. I paid for a lifetime Plex Pass so I could support Plex without all the extra garbage. At the very least, Plex Pass users should be able to disable the Live TV, On Demand, and Discover buttons on the navigation bar. Also give me the ability to separate my movies & TV shows! This new layout is horrific.

What's going on with your platform !! I can't watch anything !! It keeps telling me this can't be accessed and I've downloaded like 7 TV series to watch. I'm starting to get aggravated. I have a ROKU TV as well which is a clear cut streaming TV. I shouldn't be having these kinds of issues where the vast majority can't even be watched on the platform it literally says it's on (Plex).

I have a life long pass and have for many many years before there was any "free" tv and streaming added. aka when it was good, clean, easy interface to stream your personal media library. They held out longer than I thought they would but now it's all about revenue from streaming and the new interface proves it. so ugly, impossible to navigate smoothly and libraries are a mess. it's all bubbly and fluffy. everything plex claimed they would never be. I don't want to but I hear jellyfin is nice

overall, the app functions smoothly and has a nice UI. the issues come with the fact that music and photos were removed for separate apps. would be fine but the separate apps, especially for photos, are substantially lacking and features this app used to have. for example, in photos, you cannot delete a photo you do not want, you cannot download it to share it with somebody. you can't do anything with the photos but look at them. it's been a beta forever. The updated Roku tv app is atrocious.

This app used to be amazing. You could open it up and access your home media server in a heartbeat. Now I simply can't access my home server, getting a message that I don't have access to it. The Web portal works fine, as does the Xbox app so this is clearly an issue with the Android app. I've been to the forums, where multiple people are having the same issue.
