Carousell: Sell and Buy

carousell support in getting back my correct account (had issues finding the right one after the 1 account limit due to changing phones+forgetting account name etc.) was great! was wondering if they have a feature request place but since i can't find one: might be good to add an "overseas until _" feature for sellers incase buyers pay when we're unable to send out items

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't look at listings outside of my own state, so instead of "All of Malaysia", it's just the listings 1 kilometers near me ? This really disturbs my browsing experience as I like to buy books and collectibles. Please fix this because I've already tried everything from turning off my location to redownloading the app.

I used to be able to use the function of selling, but since few years ago. I can't understand how to use it to sell as it always ends up inactive, before I noticed this, I had posted successfully for some time, before one day I noticed how come it's so quiet for so many months. I since stopped using the app as seller. only see for items as buyer or blessing. can't get app support to help too. frustrating, yet still trying to charge money at most of the features now.

The search functions are horrible. You choose parameters and it ignores it most of the time. Example I select houses for rent in Pasig city and it shows me all sorts of properties from all over the country. I scroll for about a hundred condos before I find an actual house. Search Townhouse and it floods you with condos. The interface was so much better when it was olx.

1 problem with this app is if someone mispriced their listing, then changed it shortly after you called the seller out, when you reported the incident, carousell won't acknowledge the report. The seller was replying in condescending tone too. It's even frustrating when you can't attach pictures as evidence. Also, please allow us leave review even without making an offer to the seller so we can warn other buyers and vice versa
