I'm getting tired of the constant pop ups, trying to convince me to spend more money, if I want the service, I'll go for it without being bothered. It also won't work on all my devices. it keeps telling me to upgrade when I have an annual package in place. This is my first and only year I'll be using this product. Review addition. VPN keeps dropping. I'm going to start looking for a new software. I paid for an annual plan and I'll be deleting it love before effective the first quarter is done

I've had this app for quite some time and Friday, it suddenly won't work. If fails to open and frequently crashes when trying to open. y'all suggested checking features to ensure I had nothing that would be causing it and to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has helped. I don't want to continue my subscription if I can't even open the app before it crashes in a split second.

my issue is with the billing. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow morning and have to stop what's going on, now first I'd like to see if you want to handle it. i don't have much phone time or experience. i believe it was back in may of this year i ordered the total AV for 1.99 trial fee 7 day. after it says 4.99 monthly. well my account and bank statements show i was billed 3 times in a single purchase. something is definitely wrong fix it please return my money as soon as possible. and I'm watching

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this app as possible. While it does do a good job of protecting your devices, if you ever want to cancel your subscription, good luck! I have finally been able to cancel mine after several weeks, numerous emails, and numerous attempts on the website. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and they offered a partial refund (even though it billed today). In the end I did get a full refund. Save yourself some stress and just stay away from it.
